A simple, transparent process designed to reserve your puppy with confidence. 

How It Works

Accepted Payment Methods

How much is the deposit? The total puppy deposit is $500, split into two payments: $250 to join the waitlist and $250 after puppies are born. If no deposit has been made and you would like to reserve an available puppy, the full puppy deposit of $500 must be paid to reserve the puppy.

Is my deposit Refundable? No, all deposits are non refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit one time. Transfers must be made before puppies are 5 weeks old, otherwise, you run the risk of forfeiting your deposit.

How can I place a hold on a puppy? Puppies will only be fully held once we receive your puppy application and your $500 puppy deposit. Puppies are never held without a deposit.

What if I can't pick up my puppy at 8 weeks? You are welcome to pick up your puppy a few days after if needed, however, after 3 days there is a boarding fee of $20 per day.

What if my puppy is being transported? Transportation must be paid for in full prior to puppy delivery. Puppy balance can be paid for once the puppy is delivered. Transportation can range between $500-$1200

To reserve your spot, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required.
The deposit secures your place on our waitlist for an upcoming litter.

Confirm Your Puppy

Once puppies are born, an additional $250 deposit is due within 48 hours to complete your $500 puppy deposit.  Puppies are not considered reserved until the full deposit has been received. 

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due when your puppy is 8 weeks old and ready to go home.

Deposit & Transfer Policy

To ensure each puppy is placed in a loving home in a timely manner, all deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter under the following guidelines:

  • Deposits may be transferred to an upcoming litter up to 5 weeks of age of the current litter.

  • Transfer requests made after 5 weeks of age will result in a $250 forfeiture, with the remaining $250 applied toward a future waitlist.

  • Transfer requests made after puppy selection or at/after 8 weeks of age will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

We kindly ask families to make their decision within the appropriate timeframe. Holding a reservation past this point prevents other families from being matched with a puppy and can delay placement during a critical developmental period.

Our goal is to ensure every puppy transitions smoothly into their forever home at the right time. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this process.
