72 Hour General Health Guarantee

1 Year Genetic Health Warranty

Ongoing Support & Advice

Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup to confirm their health status. 

Ensures your puppy is free from life-threatening genetic health defects for the first year of life. Covers conditions like hip dysplasia, progressive retinal atrophy & other serious congenital diseases. 

We're here to offer guidance and support as your puppy grows, to help you provide the best care possible. 

Each puppy is sold with a clear, written health guarantee that we cover in detail with every new owner.  Your puppy's health and well being are our top priority. 

What does the 72- hour guarantee include? Life Threatening illness Severe infection Major congenital defects noticed immediately Conditions that make the puppy unfit for sale

What happens if my vet finds a serious life threatening illness during this 72 hour window? If a licensed veterinarian determines the puppy has a serious health issue within 72 hours, they buyer may be eligible for a replacement puppy. In addition, we reserve the right to confirm diagnosis with our veterninarian.

What is NOT Covered? Parasites (worms, giardia, coccidia) Minor illnesses (like stress diarrhea) Environmental changes (food, stress, travel) Injuries after pickup Neglect or improper care

Do I need documentation from my vet? Yes, the buyer must provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian within the 72-hour window. In addition, if the puppy is returned, it must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Will I need to spay or neuter my puppy? Yes, all of our puppies are sold on a spay/neuter agreement. Your puppy must be spay/neutered by 12 months of age.
